« We had two rooms and I wish they were next to each other instead of a little ways apart. The housekeeping staff were super nice. Each time they saw us they asked if we need anything if they could do anything for us. Excellent housekeeping staff! »

The only complaint that I have is that you can hear people walking above you in the rooms, so if you have little ones just be conscious if you are in an upper floor because the downstairs neighbor can definitely hear you! « What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too. »

« False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding. »
